The members of AC/DC have always said that they won't make or release a greatest hits collection implying that for them it would be a lazy way to cash in without doing any work. They seem to feel it would be unfair to their fans. They have held to this and never made a greatest hits record.
However, if you're wanting just that, a hit collection, it exists just under a different name with a different expressed purpose. The Iron Man 2 soundtrack is effectively a hits package. It's all the most radio featured AC/DC songs.
